RHEOBYK-100

RHEOBYK-100 is a powdered rheology additive suitable for non-polar to medium-polarity solvent-borne systems. RHEOBYK-100 is derived from castor oil and has typical properties including a particle size of 100% less than 32 microns and a density of 1.02 g/cm3. RHEOBYK-100 is effective in generating a smooth application and leveling in thick-layered formulations while preventing settling and sagging. It can be used across various aliphatic and aromatic solvent-based formulations providing stability and easier processing during application. RHEOBYK-100 demonstrates heat activation allowing simple application and achieves high stability in single-component pre-polymer systems used in the industry.
