CERAFLOUR 964

CERAFLOUR 964 is a micronized amide wax additive that ensures improved degassing of powder coatings, primarily HAA systems, with no negative impact on gloss or surface defects. As a blooming-free additive, CERAFLOUR 964 does not form a surface film that could affect optical properties of finished products. Suitable for high-performance applications requiring durability and aesthetics, it allows for degassing during curing even at lower temperatures. CERAFLOUR 964 can be used across all powder coating formulations but particularly benefits polyester-HAA systems for industrial and architectural applications. Recommended at 0.5-2.0% based on total formulation, it delivers reliable performance for darker colors and low-temperature cured coatings.
