BELSIL R 220

BELSIL R 220 is a solid phenyl silicone resin that provides a significant higher gloss than standard silicone resins. It combines good film forming properties of silicone resins with high gloss and shine. Due to the high refractive index caused by the phenyl groups, BELSIL R 220 provides improved solubility especially in solvents commonly used for applications, such as ethyl acetate and butyl acetate. BELSIL R 220 is ideally suited to be used as film former in applications or other color applications. The special properties of BELSIL R 220 make the product provide a glossy film and long lasting shine for the application.
