AQUARESIN ONION is dispersible in water and oil with agitation. It can also be incorporated via dry soluble carrier such as salt or dextrose. AQUARESIN ONION has a shelf life of one year under dry warehousing in full, tightly sealed containers at temperatures not to exceed 75° F. AQUARESIN ONION is used in a wide variety of food products where an onion flavor is desired. It can replace approximately 30 parts of dehydrated onion powder.
