RHEOBYK-R 605 SG

RHEOBYK-R 605 SG is a liquid rheology additive that reinforces the rheological effectiveness of pyrogenic silica in various resins. It prevents separation and increases or stabilizes thixotropic behavior. RHEOBYK-R 605 SG activates hydrophilic, pyrogenic silica and stabilizes inorganic fillers. It can be used in resins to prevent fillers settling during storage. RHEOBYK-R 605 SG reinforces the three-dimensional network structure of silica or phyllosilicates through additional bridges, thereby enhancing the thixotropy. It achieves sufficiently high anti-sagging properties with improved leveling and air release properties, even with low quantities of silica or phyllosilicates. RHEOBYK-R 605 SG stabilizes silica in laminating resins, thereby preventing resin separation during storage.
