OPTIBENT 1056 is a rheology additive based on a modified and activated phyllosilicate. As a thixotrope, OPTIBENT-1056 improves the anti-sagging properties and application properties of thin layer formulations, simultaneously reducing the need for conventional thickening systems. OPTIBENT 1056 is particularly suitable for mineral-based thin layer formulations. It provides benefits such as improved processing properties and anti-sagging properties of thin layer applications.
