RHEOBYK-7410 CA

RHEOBYK 7410 CA is a liquid rheology additive that produces a highly thixotropic flow behavior for medium-polar solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. It generates a three-dimensional network structure after being stirred into formulations. The resulting thixotropic flow behavior is highly suited for preventing sedimentation and increasing the anti-sagging properties without impairing leveling. RHEOBYK 7410 CA reduces floating in pigmented formulations and improves the control of the coating profile. It also increases foam stability in mechanically frothed foams. RHEOBYK 7410 CA enables formulations to be manufactured and processed more quickly and improves the anti-settling behavior and anti-sagging properties. It only increases the viscosity at low shear rates and therefore does not influence the application properties at high shear rates.
