DESMOPHEN 1100

DESMOPHEN 1100 is a branched polyester bearing hydroxyl groups that provides excellent performance in flexible two-component polyurethane coatings. As a high viscosity resin, DESMOPHEN 1100 delivers outstanding durability, flexibility and adhesion when used for protective and decorative coatings in infrastructure projects. It has good compatibility with common esters, ether esters, ketones and aromatics used in coating formulations. DESMOPHEN 1100 is also compatible with polyesters, polyethers and many polyisocyanate hardeners. When combined with other DESMOPHEN grades, it helps formulate durable two-pack coatings that protect surfaces from environmental factors, extend lifespan of materials and provide an aesthetic finish. DESMOPHEN 1100 is ideally suited for wood coatings that require toughness and weather resistance for construction elements.
