TECOFLEX EG-100A-B40

TECOFLEX EG 100A-B40 is a medical grade aliphatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane with 40% loading of barium sulfate. It offers an inherent ultraviolet (UV) stability that resists yellowing by aging and sterilization processes common in advanced materials manufacturing. With a durometer hardness of 98A, TECOFLEX EG 100A-B40 provides good mechanical properties and flexibility ideal for advanced materials requiring radiopacity. It can be easily processed by extrusion or injection molding and color matched to blend seamlessly with other advanced materials without compromising its durability. TECOFLEX grades are well-konwn for their luxurious haptic and patient comfort from the in-body softening effect.
