GARAMITE-2578

GARAMITE-2578 is an organophilic phyllosilicate powdered rheology additive that increases the storage stability and sag resistance of solvent-borne and solvent-free systems. As a result of its pseudoplastic flow properties and high bulk density, GARAMITE-2578 is easy to incorporate into formulations. It improves sag resistance and anti-settling of coatings, supporting the orientation of effect pigments. GARAMITE-2578 can be used across a wide range of solvent-borne and solvent-free systems, displaying no shear sensitivity. It is suitable for applications that require enhanced leveling, bridging and hiding properties such as sealants, primers and topcoats used in construction.
