BYK 3765

BYK-3765 is a highly effective silicone additive designed to significantly reduce the surface tension in solvent-borne coating systems, ensuring better wetting of critical substrates. It improves surface slip, enhances the acceptance of dust and spray mist, and reduces sensitivity to air drafts, particularly beneficial in wood and furniture coatings. Additionally, it promotes the proper orientation of matting agents. The additive is free of intentionally added benzene, toluene, or xylene solvents, making it suitable for a wide range of solvent-borne formulations.
